Exchange and return policy

* Return and exchange includes all displayed items except for accessories, head coverings, inner bodysuits, or products manufactured based on the consumer’s request or according to specifications he has specified, such as (name plate, necklace, logo detailing, flying pattern, T-shirt detailing). Exceptions to this are products that have a defect or that do not meet the specifications specified by the consumer, as they are not acceptable for return or exchange.

* Returns and exchanges must be made within (7) days from the date of receipt of the shipment, except for items sold during the sales period.

* Returns during the sales period are only allowed within two days from the date of receiving the shipment. Exchanges are not allowed during the promotional period (buy one item and get the second one for free).

* To request a replacement or return, please send an email ([email protected]) containing the order number and the items to be replaced or returned.

Refund:

* If your order was paid for via electronic means, credit card or other, the amounts paid will only be refunded via the following methods:

* The amount will be returned to the original bank account registered with Dunia upon request after receiving the shipment from the customer and verifying the validity of the return conditions.

* In the event that the return or exchange conditions do not apply to the items sent to us by the customer for the purpose of return or exchange, the shipping costs will be charged to the customer to reship the item to him.

* If the replacement conditions apply, the item will be shipped back to the customer after the shipping cost has been paid by the customer.

* The period for the customer to receive the refunded amounts depends on the requirements of the customer’s bank (up to 14 working days).

* Rabia is not responsible for any delay caused by the shipping company in all cases.

* Upon return, the customer bears all shipping costs (the shipping cost from the store to the customer and the shipping cost from the customer to the store are deducted in the event of a return). -------------------------
